更好的声音和视频？....特别是youtube视频太糟糕了...

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask my question here. I have a windows 8 machine that I am accessing from a remote computer. The problem is, after I connected the videos and the sound are horrible!.... How can I improve the performance here? better sound and videos?.... specially youtube videos are too bad...
