我的目的是在有人使用UCMA SDK添加我时，将联系人添加到新标签页。 

My aim is to add contacts to new tab when someone adds me by using UCMA SDK.

There is no way to do that programmatically.

It should essentially be automatic.  That tab is driven based on the prompted subscribers.

Basically whenever a user adds you as a contact in which you do not have them as a contact it will add them to the prompted subscriber list.

In older clients you would have gotten a pop-up dialog when a user added you which you could perform some actions from.  In 2013 instead of a popup they just go into that tab.
