Would you assist me how to enable wireless connection from my laptop?

I have been searching many times, but I have not found the correct solution to fix my problem.

在[控制面板] - [Windows移动中心]中，无线处于关闭状态，当按钮处于关闭状态时我无法打开即使从[网络连接]已启用也禁用。

In [Control Panel] - [Windows Mobility Center], the Wireless is OFF and I cannot turn in ON while the button is disable even from [Network Connection] already enable.

gets your Wireless LAN device correctly installed?
Have you had a look at compmgmt.msc -> device Manager?
Have you tried reinstalling the driver?
