I want to add a date picker control in my wp8 vb.net app...

但是，控件dowsnt显示在我的工具箱或我的xaml文件中输入正确的命名空间...

But, the control dowsnt show up in my toolbox or in my xaml file with the correct namespace entered...

我尝试在工具箱中选择项目但winows控件中的日期选择器已被勾选....

I tried choose items in toolbox but the date picker in winows controls was already ticked....

So I was wondering whther Date and Time Picker was there for wp8....

There is no date or time picker in the base framework. They are available in the Windows Phone Toolkit (a separate library). Add it to your project using the instructions here: Windows Phone Toolkit overview. The controls are described in this article: WP7 DatePicker and TimePicker in depth | API and Customization. Note: it doesn't support the Visual Studio toolbox (you need to code the xaml yourself).
