I have developed my application on visual studio 2015, trying out VSTS capability for CI.  

I have created an build step,  Hosted server but unable to complete the build of my solution,  please find the logs below.

Done Building Project "d:\a\1\s\EE.Docker.WebApplication\EE.Docker.Bll\EE.Docker.Bll.csproj" (default targets).

How's your build definition like? Which tasks did you add in your build definition?

Based on the error message, you need to add a Nuget Restore task before build task, you may try it.
