I am getting reports from customers who have upgraded to 8.1 that push notifications have stopped working. I have just now confirmed this myself - the windows phone push notification service is responding with a 403 error. It appears that WP8.1 devices send an endpoint of:

https://s.notify.live.net

Whereas previously WP8.0 had sent an endpoint of:

https://sn1.notify.live.net

Can anyone comment why the s.notify servers are responding with a 403 error, but the sn1.notify servers work just fine?
