I cannot get my Microsoft Surface Book (i7 w/16 GB / 512 GB) to recognize an attached Kinectv2.  It did recognize when I plugged the device in and the Operating System loaded the driver.

I'm having similar issue with the i5 8GB 256GB dGPU Surface Book. Once I've installed the Kinect 2.0 SDK, I run the HW verifier, and make it all the way through (with an Warning on the USB 3.0), but can not get data streams from the device. It seems to be a USB 3.0 issue from other posts I've seen.
