To save information in your HealthVault record as a CCR or CCD:

1. 登录 HealthVault 。

2. On the right side of the page, click Health information.
3. From the More actions menu, select Export information.
4. Select either Export as a CCR (Continuity of Care Record) or Export as a CCD (Continuity of Care Document), then click Export.

Your information will be saved as an XML file. You can then send the file by email, or save it to a disc or USB drive.

If you’re planning on sending the file to a health provider or clinical system, make sure you’re using the format (CCR or CCD) they recommend.
