Hi,

I want to publish my extension for Microsoft EDGE, however i saw that it's not yet possible. Since the it's not possible for quit some time now I'm curious when this will change?

You might refer to Packaging Microsoft Edge extensions :

"Submitting a Microsoft Edge extension to the Windows Store is currently a restricted capability. Reach out to us with your requests to be a part of the Windows Store, and we’ll consider you for a future update."

We do not have an ETA for the changes currently. But I'd recommend you submit a request at uservoice site so that MSFT might add this to their to-do-list. You can the status of your idea like below:

Usually, the more votes your request receives the more possibility that it will get released one day.
