There is requirement that is one of my website needs to migrate to another customer's account.  Is it possible to do this through WSP?  Or if I have to do it manually, what should I have to care about?

Yes this is real easy.

 

If you log in as serveradmin and detach both the domain name and the website from customer A. Create a new web plan on customer B, then import both the website and the domain into customer B's account.
