Disclaimer: I have no idea which forum to post this question to. Any suggestions appreciated

I have 4 user accounts on my computer, in 4 different languages.

I need to install the same App in each user profile completely separate from the other users, no common files.

Is there a way to do this?

NOTE: The original installation in user A w/Microsoft account has full functionality.

User B w/Microsoft account has icon in start menu, is able to download some (static field) choices but not from fields that are receiving new data weekly or monthly

In local user accounts C & D the App does not show up in the start menu.

When I go to the Store I get a Launch button and the App can be launched. When the App is closed it is not in the start menu

I can then pin it to the task bar but it still doesn't show up in the Start menu, and when launched does not function properly.

The App evidently "sees" some of the content I need to access but cannot "touch" it.

In other instances it can not even "see" it.

I believe this is because of shared files accessed to different extents by the different account profiles.
