I'm working with Office 365 Visio.  I created a simple excel file with rows of data that I have linked to an icon of a PC shape and other shapes like printers.  When I create a graphic, the graphic fields do not show up on every graphic, some will be missing the graphic icon in the bottom left hand corner and some in another spot.  I have verified that the graphic set up fields are correct and there is no misspelling in the excel field (I am only using "yes" and "no" as text entry in the excel file.  The graphic icons are totally random of what will appear and what will not appear.  I have tried everything and nothing works.  Really hoping someone can help me out.

Please click to select the shape which displays no graphic, go to Data tab, in the Advanced Data Linking group, click Advanced Data Graphics, check if one Data Graphics is applied on this shape. Click Edit Data Graphics to edit it.
