I installed such an apps like gmaps etc and after that I uninstalled them. But with the windows update they were automatically installed again. I uninstalled them again and, then I went to Store -> account -> my apps. There was all uninstalled apps. But I can't remove apps from there. How can I do it?

This view shows you all Apps you hold licenses to. You can't delete entries there. Given the new backup feature however I would guess that those uninstalled Apps should not show up again on your phone on future updates. At least this is not the case for me and I have > 5 devices for testing purposes.
