I have just spent a frustrating (but very educational .. it's all good !) time uploading a LightSwitch App to Azure via VS2010RC.  I solved an issue by viewing the logs made available in the WebSite section of Azure and found the issue caused by the uploading process.  Much happiness ... but also a few questions that I'd like to see explained or discussed.  All of these questions in the context of AZURE and LightSwitch of course, AND ... bits of Azure are preview, lets assume that it's all "Gone Live" for the sake of discussion.
