I couldn't resist trying out the OData support. I used excel powerpivot as client and tried to connect to a deployed app.

When you connect to OData with excel powerpivot, there is a place to put UserName and Password.

点击"From Da" ta Feeds" "表导入向导"对话框出现。 点击"推进"按钮。按钮 在安全部分下面是"密码"部分。和"用户ID"。 使用普通表单身份验证用户名作为用户ID，密码

After you click "From Data Feeds" the "Table Import Wizard" dialog appears.  Click the "Advance" button.  Under the Security section is "Password" and "User ID".  Use your normal forms authentication user name for User ID and the password for Password.  Click OK.
