docker run -d -p 80:80 microsoft/iis:windowsservercore ping -t localhost",
然后执行命令"docker" exec -it xxx cmd"进入容器，
但没有任何反应，有人知道为什么吗？

不要使用PowerShell ISE，请使用普通的PowerShell shell。
Do not use PowerShell ISE, use plain PowerShell shell.
