How to take backup and restore only current changes sql server database using sql server?

I want to change our client machine database using admin panel through windows service,

I want to change only current updated database, i don't want to take full backup and restore full backup because my database backup size will be increase day by day.

So, I want to take backup only current changes and upload to ftp and restore to client machine in original database, using windows service.

Please help me.
