I am trying to estimate the total licensing cost for deploying a .NET web application on a self-hosted PC. The hardware configuration of the PC is: Intel i7 / 8 GB RAM / 1 TB HDD. 

This application is a web portal, accessible by users over the internet. As I understand, the annual licensing costs would be for:

a) 1 Windows OS licence (say, Windows server 2012)  
b) 1 Database license (say, SQL Server)
c) 1 Web server license (say, IIS)

Questions:

Q1. Are there any other licensing cost I need to factor in?
Q2. Is the IIS web server licensing cost dependent on the number of users who access the web portal?
Q3. Would Client Access Licensing (CAL) be applicable here?

It is much cheaper.
