However, when I try to access Secure Store Service instance from Central Administration -> Application Management -> Manage Service Applications -> Secure Store Service Application instance, it gives me

I've checked certificate assigned to Sharepoint Web Service and it seems ok. The certificate used in Sharepoint Web Service is it's own certificate. Also restart service several times and recreated service instance several times. But any of them didn't make it work. Please share your thoughts on this.

转到Inetmgr - >找到安全商店服务的应用程序池 

1. Check AppPool Account which secure store service is running is not stopped.

Go to Inetmgr -> Find the application pool for Secure store Service  

如果已停止 - 启动AppPool

If Stopped - start the AppPool
