I am trying to run the SipSnoop sample application which came with the Lync 2010 Server SDK.  Everytime I click on "Connect to Server", the application hangs for a while and then comes back with:

Application not authorized.
Registration Time-out. Timed-Out? [True]Response?[False]

Ok, I got it to work.

1.  I was seeing a whole bunch of errors while looking at debug logs relating to MSMQ.  It was due to my MSMQ being setup in workgroup mode.  I changed it to directory services mode and most error messages disappeared (mostly related to archiving and monitoring).  I don't think its related to my problem, but I am not sure.
