You want to stream string data from server to clinet? You could use WebCliet.DownloadStringAsync method which will use your server side functionality to perepare CSV there and respond with the CSV string... What do you have on server side interms of business logic and technology? If it is WebService - just add another web method and return the string, if it is a REST/JSON, you could use WebCliet to get the string...
