Dear collegas,

I have one question about SharePoint search or beter to say about advanced SharePoint Search.
Namely, my company use SharePoint as Document centar and we have a lot of different documentation.
My question is : is possible to search inside Word (or Excel) Documents.
For example, we have a lot of Word documents and if enter some search string dat SharePoint search for it inside documents also.

Dear Stomar,

the search of text inside documents is supported by Sharepoint search, usualy using iFilters a very common need is to search inside PDF documents, and there is an Adobe iFilter to do that.
Regarding Office documents, the documents of Office 2007 need you to install an iFilter available from Microsoft.
