Since installing IE10, all my input tags (text, checkbox, textarea) etc..  have a simple 1 pixel black border around instead of the 3d look. 

It will change to the 3D look of I change the background-color style.  See screen captures below.

While it doesn't cause any problems with the way the pages work, It just makes the pages look totally different.
