Is there anything that needs to be configured after a fresh install to allow files to be downloaded in ie11 on Windows embedded 8.1 Industry. I have tried so far the following, removing enhanced protected mode, trying it on a direct adsl connection instead of the corporate network. It will not launch pdf, or download applications. I have checked the browser settings against a standard windows 7, 8 and 8.1 machine and all they can all download files. I have not set any write filter settings at all.
