I am using Windows Server 2008R2 64bit and i have my application running on it. I have been trying to install some binaries into the GAC of this box and everytime i keep getting that the Access is denied. I am the Administrator on this box I have tried these options below but none of them seem to be working for me.

1. Draging the .dll file into the Assembly directly after opening it from Windows Explorer. Failed
