I wrote a UCC/OCS client that uses the SDK. All the functionality works perfectly Login/Logout/Subscribtions/Messages/etc, but when my client sends a subscribtion - the subscribtion succeeds but the targeted user never receives a notification. If I use another OCS Communicator - the notification window pops up.
