I wrote a UCC/OCS client that uses the SDK.  All the functionality works perfectly Login/Logout/Subscribtions/Messages/etc, but when my client sends a subscribtion - the subscribtion succeeds but the targeted user never receives a notification.  If I use another OCS Communicator - the notification window pops up.

Notifications are only sent to the other user when you create a persistent subscription.  Take a look at the sample code in the UCC SDK help at:
