I am using VS2010 SP1 beta and the most current release of Pex and Moles (94.51023) and have downloaded the patterns and practices SharePoint guidance files (http://spg.codeplex.com/). These files contain reference implementations that also make use of Moles for unit testing. I was able to successfully build the behaviors, but notice that the "System.Moles" appears as missing in the Microsoft.Practices.SharePoint.Common project that includes the unit tests. 

 

What additional steps, if any, should be taking to generate this dll?

You probbly have already figured this out but I thought I would answer your question incase someone else came accrose this post.

First you need to install the Visual Studio 2010 Moles x64 - Isolation Framework for .Net extention or install the whole Pecs and Moles plugin.

Then you can refrence the .dlls from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Moles\MolesAssemblies\System\2.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089"
