I started getting the following exception a few weeks in 8.1 development. It happens when starting the tablet simulator on my project:

I am running the project off of TFS and none of my other team members are receiving the error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled VS2013 Preview, Win Phone 8 SDK, and Win 8.1 SDK and I still have the same issue.

What happens when you run the project locally (Local Machine) rather than inside a Simulator? The exception means that you are trying to use/load an assembly/object which is not present. It would be helpful to understand if the project runs normally on the local Machine and fails only in the Simulator or if it is a generic error.
