When I make a request this way:

var storeContext = StoreContext.GetDefault();

int rateRequestId = 2;

int rateRequestId = 2;

var request = await StoreRequestHelper.SendRequestAsync（storeContext，rateRequestId，string.Empty）;

var request = await StoreRequestHelper.SendRequestAsync(storeContext, rateRequestId, string.Empty);

  返回 来自HRESULT的异常：0x803F6107。 如何解决此问题？
