This started 6/7/2018

When I try to debug a proviser hosted app that had previously been working I get this error.  I have tried to create a new provider hosted solution and it performs the same.

I'm using Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 On Windows 10.  This is sharepoint online

Error occurred in deployment step 'Install app for SharePoint': Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'VSLangProj.VSProject'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{2CFB826F-F6BF-480D-A546-95A0381CC411}' failed due to the following error: Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).

Does anyone have a fix?

Have you installed the library?

If you had installed, does other projects working fine(console application/web application)?

If other project has same error, this should related to VS, for such case, I would suggest you post in Visual Studio forum below.
