问题：

我有一个excel文件有三个工作表，并保存为webarchive文件（.mht）文件。这个文件在IE8上正确显示，但是当我安装IE9时，它显示为html垃圾。如果我在本地保存文件然后通过文件/打开打开它，那么
它会正确显示。只有通过网络服务器访问同一文件时才会出现此问题。

感谢有人遇到类似问题并有解决方案可以试用..

Issue :

I have an excel file which has three worksheets and it is saved as webarchive file (.mht) file. This file displays correctly on IE8, but the moment I install IE9 it shows up as html garbage. If I save the file locally and then open it via File/Open, then it displays correctly. The issue happens only when accessing the same file via  webserver.

Which suggests the Content-type: is going to indicate text only, not HTML.  Use the Developer Tools, Network Capture to check.  If the file extension is present and implies what you want to see you could try the Disable MIME Sniffing option (in Security, Miscellaneous section).
