i want to interface RFID reader with the PLC that have windows CE 6.0 Running. and from the sensor manufacturer they gave one API. i want to make an application that will run in the windows ce 6.0 to get sensor running like reading and writing functionalities that it supports. how i can do that? which softwares i need?
