By operating the ASDK ver.1805, I found many infrastructure roles alerts from the admin portal several weeks ago, and I cannot create any new workloads or apps from neither admin nor user portal.

This failure in Test-AzureStack "FAIL Azure Stack Infrastructure Capacity" is related to low local disk space on one or more infrastructure VMs or the local host. Please check to see how much space is left on your D: drive on your ASDK host. We've seen instances where the initial install will select the wrong partition for the D: drive resulting in the EFI partition being used as the D: drive. See this post for more details on how to resolve this issue.
