My developer developed for me perhaps over 20 months ago, an app that is using the API in order to update my ads.

The app would run on all my campaigns, say every one hour, and will produce a log. 

I noticed that somewhere in November, it started to fail, and will not always run on all necessary campaigns.

Failure was sporadic - for hour X it finished running, but at hour X+1 no (log was partial and stopped in middle), at X+2 yes, X+3 yes, X+4 no, X+5 no, etc.

Starting yesterday, the app itself doesn't even load correctly, and produce an error code:

Invalid client data. Check the SOAP fault details for more information
Details: OperationNotSupported  This operation is not supported.

I don't know how this make sense - I didn't change anything. How to tackle this?
