Expression Encoder 4 works perfectly fine, it opens, it functions normally,

but when I open Expression Encoder 4 Screen Capture, It says that its open, the Program Icon shows on my TaskBar, but when I click it the icon, the window for it doesn't show up. It just won't show its self. Whats wrong? help me!

this works for me not sure if it will work for you but what i did was go into my properties clicked the compatibility box to run it in the 640X680 resolution it made my screen small and the tool bar appeared i went back in and unchecked the box.  i then restarted my pc and when i opened the program again it appeared for me
