I made this site back in 2001 when Bcentral was hosing sites and used frontpage as its designer. I know its past the point off needing redone but until the last year or two it was still very productive by that I mean in search results and converting to sales its service industry site and the keywords are still good im first or second page on most engines oddly enough msn/bing is dropping the most but it really doesn't matter if once they click on to the site the age turns them off and I loose the work anyway. so what I need is to some advice or better yet someone who can salvage this site without me loosing all rankings im willing to pay I just cant find someone to understand the keywords although now considered spam back then were how we got ranked and most engines seem to have grandfathered the site or something hence the rankings. any help or advice or someone wanting to make a bid to bring this site up to date I depend on it for my living thanks for reading this the site is dryroofing  .com

First thing: It doesn't matter if meta keywords got you ranking in 2001. They are not being used by search engines now, so you can drop them.  The text that used to be in your keywords should be actual text in your pages themselves (which, if the keywords were relevant to your content, should be already the case or easy to do) - that's what matters to search engines now.

Really quick things you could do: Get rid of the scrolling banner on the home page and the moving effects page header - they scream "Back to 2001!".  Text should stay still so it can be easily read.  :)   Making all the pages have the same styling (in FrontPage terms, the same theme) would take a significant edge off the dated look, even if it is still recognizably a FrontPage site.  Right now, clicking on different pages doesn't give a cohesive look.
