I have a question about Service Hooks in VSTS, especially Web Hooks. Is it possible to browse the service hook history, get failed requests and requeue them via API?

It would be really nice to have this kind of mechanism.

You can get a subscription for the service hook with notifications to check the history of a service hook:

GET https://{instance}/DefaultCollection/_apis/hooks/subscriptions/subscriptionID/notifications

Then create a subscription to requeue the build.
