My upcoming payment is still 0 this month while all my friends received an email says that "a payment has been submitted to your account".
I can't even chat to supporter to complaint about this issue. Please help me!

same here, I am facing this from last month. No payment from 2 months. I am tired. Thinking about quit from windows. At least MS should tell the reason. No email from ms. Nothing.
