It's possible and I think the hardware will likely be capable.  Unfortunately Media Extenders don't seem to be overly popular so they may not even be supported in Windows 10.

We can only guess until Windows 10 is actually released and we have it running on Raspberry Pi 2.  But it would be a fun project to try and build.
