I am trying to interact with a Microsoft Certificate Authority Server via DCE/RPC using the interface specified in certenroll.idl.

I am using Linux on the client side with the help of the dcerpc library and their dceidl compiler. Therefore I need the idl file itself and not any of the headers that come precompiled with e.g. the Windows SDK.
