We are a tool provider with a multi-user developer token.
We are trying to execute the request described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/bingads/customer-management-service/getcustomersinfo
Our understanding is that this request doest not require customerId or CustomerAccountId, and therefore we can retrieve the customerId from the results, then use it to retrieve customerAccountId, and then use that for requests that make changes to our clients' accounts.
When we run this request with the oAuth token from our client's account as well as the developer token, we receive error code 105 with the following text: "Authentication failed. Either supplied credentials are invalid or the account is inactive".
The tracking ID is 42178f0a-f53f-4676-a39f-39d0ae3947da.
Can anyone assist?
A couple of ideas to check first: 1) make sure the developer token is registered to the same user OR make sure that you have a multi-user developer token (most tokens can only be used with the registered developer account) and 2) make sure you are not using the sandbox endpoint with production credentials.
