Hi,

 I would like to setup the exchange server 2013 in production environment on windows azure (fully in cloud), for 1000 employees in my organization. how to take it forward further? as I am new to window azure I would like to know whether exchange server is fully supported in azure IaaS or not?

I would like to the advantage and disadvantage of having exchange sever in azure IaaS and also about the features and benefits of exchange server hosted in windows azure.

Could you guide me to proceed further, it would be helpful if you could provide any document for the same.
