I'm new to expression and thought I'd got it all figured out so I could load a screen shot of my website to youtube. Trouble is the whole picture is out of focus, what am I doing wrong? I played it before uploading and its out of focus there too, just after encoding. I tried IE and FF browsers but both are the same.

Under encoding for devices I found no instructions but am using VC-1 Windows Mobile. I tried using xbox as a video suggested but it won't produce a WMV recording

Was this ever solved?  I have the same problem... pretty much makes the encoder worthless.  The screen capture files look fine, but the windows media files look awful!
