I am very new to Expression Web, having taken over management of a non-profits website as a volunteer from another volunteer who has had it about four years.

I tried to import the site using Expression Web and it seems to have gone as expected except that its' many folders are all empty.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Don't Import the site.

Use the Publish function and Publish the site from the server down to your local hard drive (create a website folder first on your hard drive, then Publish down to your local drive.)
