I would like to create a service for the Surface (RT or Pro) that runs in the background and can twig the state of the device and/or launch JS scripts/web pages:

早上7点：唤醒（开启）单位

7am: wake up (turn on) unit

早上8点：启动 http ：//cnn.com 和响铃警报

8am: launch http://cnn.com and ring alert

上午9点：让单位进入睡眠状态

9am: put unit to sleep
