Hi all,

Every-time once I connect/disconnect the second monitor and extend I have to re-arrange all the shortcuts on my desktop. So I have to spend lot of time to re-arrange them all. How can I stop this, comments really appreciate.

There is no such thing as miracle. You change the aspect ratio of monitor, then the desktop just has to re-arrange. If the way it is re-arranged seems to be less convenient than what you would like, please direct all complains to Microsoft. This is not a software development question.

By the way, I never heard that real software developers relied on such a volatile thing like arrangement of icons on a desktop, and even less of experienced people wasting their valuable time for manual arrangement of icon on a desktop. I always saw almost empty desktop. This is mostly a toy for non-experienced users.
