I am trying to integrate BizTalk Server 2010 with MS Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 via Commerce Gateway. To start with, I have installed BTS 2010 in Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit machine and verified the configurations by sample app. Later, I installed NAV 2009 R2 on the same server. For this installation, I have chosen Classic Client, Application Server and have used existing SQL Server 2008 sp1.

In the NAV installer customization, I chose Commerce Gateway Request Server and it installed successfully along with NAV installation.For deploying the assemblies and creating the appropriate entries on BizTalk Server, I ran setup.bat under CGRS directory and it throws the following error
