Hello. it seems that we need some kind of env checking power shell script. 

It is true that lots of people here are suffering with low level issue. 

and it seems that MS has very low level of a naive and primitive basic testing environment. 

So I would like to bring up topic to save every one here. 

MS, please make decent powershell script for your system about below items. It is your system.

1. timeserver

2. subnet 

3. external dns 

4. Connectivity to all of URLs


We have no option but to tell the customer that MS Azure is not ready for complex datacenter env.

Relaying on stupid luck won't be happy solution for everybody here and customer of Datacenter .
