I cant get a straight answer anywhere on MSDN so I am coming here. If I test my driver on windows 7 HCK and get it MSFT signed will it also install without warming on windows 8?

Hi Matthew,

You have to signed your driver for Windows 8 as well. The driver which is signed for Windows 7 only, won't install on Windows 8 without warning. You can check the signed cab file provided by MSFT of your driver. cab files contains the info of all the supported OS.
