I cant copy/paste my files or even data. it is posing problem to me. i even tried ur step to start the services but i cant find the Desktop Service Manager option in my services list......plz help me out of this problem

Try this to restore corrupt system files on your PC.

Also, try a system restore - this could help fix the issue if you can pinpoint when you first started to have the issue.
